Technical SupportThree support types are available. Phone support, email support and online support. In addition, we provide a wide range of training classes and can deliver custom courses. All support is "pay as you go" with monthly, quarterly or annual plans available at reduce rates. Support time is calculated in 15 minute increments as we receive support requests. Support minutes can be purchased in advance or paid for using a credit card. Hotline technical support is provided remotely by phone or email. Additional fees apply for onsite support, or for project-specific support. For more information, contact us. Our flexible Maintenance Plans provide support at reduced rates in 12, 24 and 48 hour plans that are billed in 15 minute increments as needed. The more hours you prepurchase, the less it costs you per hour. Support on a wide range of technical topics including FrameMaker, XMetaL and Microsoft Office is available. We also provide support on technical issues such as XML Schema, DTD, XSLT and FO development.
